BARLEY VARIETIES
  Muskwa - A new six row general purpose feed barley with high yield potential and good disease resistance.  This barley stands up well, yields great and produces a good straw row to bale.  From seeding until harvest was right around 85 days and produced a bushel weight over 52.


CDC Austenson - Two row hulled feed barley from SeCan with top grain yield and short, strong straw.  Improved leaf disease with large, plump kernels with high test weight. 


AC Metcalfe - Two row malting barley which is #1 in acreage and tonnes selected. 


CDC Copeland -  Two row malting barley is second in acreage and tonnes selected.  Improved yield and straw strength over  AC Metcalfe


CDC Coalition - Two row feed barley is a leader in yield and standability.  Maturity is similar to Xena and the height is shorter than Xena.  CDC Coalition has large, plump grain with high test weight.
